Gut Friendly Pumpkin Brownies

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup almond butter
  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pack Gut Magic mix
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together: maple syrup and vanilla 
  • Fold in dry ingredients until fully combined
  • Stir in chocolate chips for a rich, fudgy texture
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs
