Peppermint Glow Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 serving Gut Magic
  • 6 oz hot water or milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or half & half)
  • ¼ tsp pure peppermint extract (or to taste)
  • ½–1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, crushed peppermint, shaved dark chocolate

Make it lighter: Use ½ serving Gut Magic.Make it extra cozy: Replace water with all milk and add a dollop of whipped cream.

Directions

  1. Heat water or milk until steaming (not boiling).
  2. Add Gut Magic to your mug and whisk until smooth and frothy.
  3. Stir in peppermint extract and sweetener of choice.
  4. Taste and adjust — peppermint can be strong, so start light!
  5. Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint for festive flair.
