Dry Ingredients
• 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour • ½ tsp baking powder • ½ tsp baking soda • Pinch of salt • 4 Tbsp Gut Magic mix
Wet Ingredients
• ½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature • ½ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup light brown sugar, packed • 1 large egg • 1 tsp (4 g) vanilla extract
• 2 ½–3 Tbsp brewed espresso, cooled to room temperature
Mascarpone Cream:
• 1 cup (225g) mascarpone cheese
• 1/2 cup (120g) whipping cream
• 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp (2g) vanilla
• Mix until well combined and smooth. Pipe on cooled cookies and then dust with Gut Magic!
